National Irrigation Administration (NIA) has recently launched a project called "Fishes of the Ocean: Longest Painting On Continuous Canvas" involving Fine Arts schools, local artists and painters, to collaboratively complete a kilometer-long (or even longer) painting masterpiece. This project was opened to all painting aficionados and volunteer-artists from all walks of life. NIA will have this finished product entered in as an entry to the Guinness Book of Records competition this year.
