for everyone
National Irrigation Administration (NIA) has recently launched a project called "Fishes of the Ocean: Longest Painting On Continuous Canvas" involving Fine Arts schools, local artists and painters, to collaboratively complete a kilometer-long (or even longer) painting masterpiece. This project was opened to all painting aficionados and volunteer-artists from all walks of life. NIA will have this finished product entered in as an entry to the Guinness Book of Records competition this year. Here are some snap shots which I took from out of this very exciting event (Date: October 16, 2006 at the NIA Gymnasium).
